POLICY DRAFT · OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED

Terms of service — draft for review

Paid-marketplace policy draft for attorney and business-owner review. Paid introductions require separate activation. Read the separate free founding membership terms and privacy notice →

Purpose

ParcelPlug EV facilitates project introductions. It does not offer, negotiate, design, perform or guarantee electrical contracting services. Installers independently provide assessments, quotes, contracts, permits, installations, warranties and support.

Service availability

Production requests and test records are stored separately. Free intake does not promise a match, quote, incentive, timetable or award. Public trading terms require legal review and the operating entity’s approval.

Authority and accuracy

You must be authorized to submit business or property information and must keep it accurate. Do not submit private tenant records or another person’s project without authority. We may hold, reject, pause or remove submissions that cannot be verified.

Introductions

New requests use Compare Bids with up to three qualified installers. New submissions require explicit upfront sharing permission for qualified, matched installers, allowing automatic release after verified payment. Earlier named-recipient approvals remain required on legacy projects until the decision-maker explicitly switches. Silence is never consent. Compare Bids is nonexclusive; First Access is a temporary head start. Earlier exclusive requests retain their original sharing limits and are not subsequently resold. Customers and installers contract directly.

Acceptable conduct

No scraping protected data, credential misrepresentation, spam, harassment, re-identification of anonymous briefs or resale of contacts. Accounts may be suspended while concerns are reviewed.

Items requiring counsel

Before public use, finalize the entity and notices, applicable law, dispute process, liability allocation, retention, refund obligations and accessibility/privacy disclosures. These draft terms do not make unsupported claims about enforceability. Florida contracting and referral-fee questions remain unresolved pending qualified legal review.
