Free requests and separate installation services

You may request a private review without registering for an account or providing a card. A submission does not publish a listing, guarantee a match or hire an installer. Independent installers handle assessments, quotes, contracts, permits, installation and warranties. Agree their fees directly before work.

Verification and qualification

Provide accurate contact details and confirm that you have authority to request proposals. Contact confirmation follows submission. Use the available email-link and phone-code checks when prompted; if self-service delivery is unavailable, the request remains private and pending review. These checks do not establish identity, authority or a genuine project; independent qualification is required. Legitimate business landlines may receive a documented manual callback. Duplicate and suspicious signals require investigation and are not proof of fraud. Unconfirmed or unqualified requests cannot be offered for paid contact access.

Compare Bids and your sharing permission

All new requests use Compare Bids, permitting introductions to up to three qualified installers. You compare proposals directly and decide whom, if anyone, to hire. The number of introductions or bids is not guaranteed. A separate, unchecked consent in the request form explains the permitted recipients and purpose. No further individual approval visit is required after that authorization. The exact address, name, phone, email, documents and free-text notes remain private before an authorized introduction. A limited anonymous brief may be shown to eligible installers after qualification. The intended paid introduction process remains inactive until its separate terms and payment release are approved. This request does not authorize marketing unrelated to your project.

Providers and data use

Sites and its Cloudflare-backed storage retain request records, contact details, consent, verification status and security logs. Configured Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals to help prevent automated abuse. Configured Resend receives the email address and verification message; configured Twilio Verify receives the phone number for requested verification. These services are not represented as connected until setup and testing are complete. Verification messages are transactional, not marketing subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply. We do not store payment-card data or SMS codes.

Private tracking, changes and deletion

Save your private project link securely. Anyone holding it can access or manage that request; it is not a public listing. Use it to verify contacts, check status, request phone assistance, correct contacts before introductions, pause sharing, close or delete the request. Changes to contacts require confirmation again and return a request to private review. After an introduction, contact support for corrections. Closing future access cannot erase information already lawfully received by an installer.

Retention and questions

We retain request and verification records while needed to administer the request, prevent abuse or resolve disputes. One-use email secrets expire after ten minutes and are stored only as hashes until used or cleared. Contact support for access, correction, deletion, an intake decision review or a complaint. We may verify authority and retain limited records required for applicable obligations; any retention exception should be explained.
