Is this a public project posting?
No. Your submission is a private request for review. Installers cannot see your unreviewed submission. The operator must complete qualification before an anonymous opportunity can be shown.
Do I need to create an account or return to approve installers?
No account is needed to submit. New requests record your permission for up to three qualified installer introductions upfront. Keep your private tracking link to monitor or stop introductions; no second approval visit is required.
What is free, and what might cost money?
Requesting a ParcelPlug EV project review and receiving introductions are free. Technical surveys, equipment and installation are separate services; agree any fees directly with the installer.
How is ParcelPlug EV funded?
Property decision-makers pay ParcelPlug EV no fee to request or receive introductions. When paid introductions launch, eligible installers will pay us an introduction fee to connect about a qualified project. They receive the contact details you authorize us to share so they can discuss the work with you. You choose whom, if anyone, to hire. We do not take a percentage of the installation contract.
What stops someone submitting a fake request?
A landing page alone cannot stop fraud. Submissions remain private until independent authority, contact and project checks are recorded. Suspicious requests need investigation; incomplete or invalid opportunities cannot be sold. These checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee every request is genuine.
Can I just explore an idea?
Yes, use the planning guides now. When intake opens, describe your readiness accurately. Requests marked “Researching only” are not eligible for paid introductions until a meaningful timeline is confirmed.
